How di I get an MBOS? Link doesn’t seem to work.

I received an email from the State Health Benefits Program suggesting that I select a health benefits program . I believe that it is done automatically through my pension program. Am I right, or must I select a program for my wife and me as this email suggests?
I apologize for the delay and am sure by now you have resolved the issue. I don’t believe the state would send an email, they would notify you by mail.

Tying to see if I have an MBOS account . In the event I do not have one, I would like to set one up. Please advise me the procedure to do so.

I Don”t have an MBOS account and would like to set one up, when I clicked on the link to info on the MBOS page , I got a 404 Error page and could”nt continue
